Description

Previous Barback Experience Required - This is not a bartending position.

Barbacks are responsible for:

Keeping the bar fully stocked & preparing garnishes.
Quality control.
Refilling juice bottles, fruit trays, & ice wells.
Restocking liquor bottles, straws, napkins, & cups.
Changing out kegs during the shift (must be able to lift 50ibs).
Batching large quantities of cocktails.
Following recipe guidelines while batching.
Keeping the bar and surrounding area clean during service.
Opening and closing the bar.
Communicating directly with bartenders and management.
Unloading truck orders.
Organizing bar, storage, and prep areas.
Following directions established by management.
