BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a well‑established community in Mays Landing, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and common areas
• Handle work orders including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry
• Prepare vacant units for new move‑ins (turns/make‑readies)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure property is maintained to company standards and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven apartment or residential maintenance experience (required)
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
