Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a well‑established community in Mays Landing, NJ.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and common areas
- Handle work orders including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry
- Prepare vacant units for new move‑ins (turns/make‑readies)
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure property is maintained to company standards and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven apartment or residential maintenance experience (required)
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
