Bigelow Management is seeking an experienced Executive Secretary who will provide high level support to the President of the company. A preferred background includes; strong accounting and legal experience with documents (such as contracts), and preparing all types of communications and correspondence is a must

Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Communicate verbally and in writing with a sense of urgency and with an attention to detail                                                                                                                             
• The Executive Secretary will assist with organizing schedules, appointments and other staffs Reports                                                                                                                
• Maintain various reports, files and records, agreements, and calendar
• Coordinate projects that may involve working with all levels of management and staff
• The Executive Secretary will have the ability to type as directed construction subcontracts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues, prioritize work, work well with others without conflict and ask for further clarification when necessary
• The Executive Secretary will have ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints, as well as the ability to deal with frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, adapt to change, delays or unexpected events
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to proof one's own work is essential
• A Executive Secretary will possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• 7+ years’ experience in a Executive Secretary role
• A college degree preferred
• Must successfully pass a drug test and background check
