Qualifications
Passionate about the environment
Prior experience as an executive/personal assistant
Experience managing a calendar and making travel arrangements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Mac/PC proficient
Tech-savvy
Detail-oriented
Highly organized
Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties, including screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, processing expenses, and planning events.
Manage the principal’s 4 homes.
Oversee household staff and vendors.
Manage projects
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations.
Act as both a gatekeeper and relationship manager for the principal
Handle information with discretion and confidentiality.
Conduct research to develop strategies and make well-informed decisions.
