Position Summary
Under administrative direction, the Executive Director of Talent and Recruitment oversees and administers the District's Human Resources department programs and activities in accordance with District policies and procedures. The Executive Director is also responsible in partnership with the Superintendent, on setting a vision for student, teacher, staff, and administrator recruitment. The Executive Director is be a cabinet-level position, supervised by the superintendent and participating in operations-level coordinating meetings.

Bachelor's degree AND seven (7) years of progressively responsible human resources experience which includes previous supervisory responsibility; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Licenses, Certifications, and Equipment:
A valid State driver's license is required.
