    Job Description:

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, typical business hours

    Location: 2501 N Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32804

    • Develop and implement financial strategies for operating and capital budget for effective fiscal management Leads recruitment efforts and coordinates technology acquisition to support clinical performance and quality.
    • Engages with medical groups to implement new physician models and enhance service delivery.
    • Partners with philanthropic entities to secure funding and support for oncology services.
    • Provides training and education to staff and physicians to promote continuous professional development.
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
    • Develops and manages budget planning and allocation to ensure optimal use of resources.
    • Develops and implements strategic plans for cancer programs and reconstructive surgery programs collaborating with various departments to ensure integrated patient care.
    • Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, physicians, and business partners, to ensure quality service delivery. Oversees new facility planning and construction, managing timelines, maintenance, safety, and space utilization.
    • Develops and executes marketing strategies to expand programs into target markets and enhance visibility.
    • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to practice standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff [Required]
    • Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite [Required]

    • Financial management and budgeting expertise [Required]
    • Professional decision-making and proposing recommendations on short- and long-term strategy development concerning matters of major importance to our leaders [Required]
    • Ability to analyze operations and labor management metrics and outcomes [Required]
    • Business and people skills as they relate to assigned area(s) of responsibility [Required]
    • Ability to mentor, enhance and engage organizational talent [Required]
    • Working knowledge of project management, market research & data analytics, Mindjet and Prezi software platforms. [Preferred]


    Education:

    • Bachelor's [Required]
    • Master's [Preferred]


    Field of Study:

    • in Healthcare or Business Administration or related area
    • n Healthcare or Business Administration or related area


    Work Experience:

    • 5+ of management experience [Required]
    • 7+ of healthcare experience [Required]
    • Progressive healthcare leadership experience in a hospital system, ambulatory facilities and employed/private physician practice settings. [Preferred]

    Pay Range:

    $120,753.52 - $224,614.47
