About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an execution-oriented Executive Communications Manager to support communications strategy for the Product Leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and operations. You’ll help bring Product leaders’ voices to life across external channels, thought leadership platforms, industry events, and internal forums, while helping amplify the company’s position at the forefront of technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated communications partner for Product leadership, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiatives
• Develop polished messaging, talking points, and written communications that reflect each leader's voice, priorities, and strategic positioning
• Support keynote and speaking preparation — from content development to messaging rehearsal — to enhance executive presence at industry events, customer summits, and other external forums
• Identify and prioritize external speaking opportunities and visibility moments that advance Product leaders' profiles
• Partner with social, PR, and other marketing teams to coordinate content calendars and campaign moments tied to Product leadership priorities
• Partner closely with Marketing, PR, and Product teams to align executive messaging with broader campaigns and moments
• Collaborate with the broader Executive Communications team to ensure Product leadership narratives connect to Snowflake's company-wide leadership story
• Work with the broader Executive Communications team to drive operational excellence, including managing shared documentation, maintaining team templates, and supporting reporting workflows

 
What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, content strategy, or a related field — ideally in an enterprise technology or high-growth environment
• Proven track record supporting senior executives with written communications, thought leadership, or executive visibility programs
• Exceptional writer with strong editorial instincts and the ability to write in someone else's voice
• Operationally minded: you build systems, maintain workflows, and don't let things fall through the cracks
• Collaborative by nature with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with B2B technology and product strategy is a strong plus
