The Role
As the Executive Chef, you are the heartbeat of the back-of-house. You will oversee a fast-paced, high-volume operation where quality never takes a backseat to speed. We need a leader who can command a busy line during a Saturday night rush while maintaining the humility and warmth that keep a team inspired.
What You’ll Do
Master the Craft: Oversee a 100% scratch kitchen, ensuring every plate reflects the bold, authentic flavors of Latin cuisine.
Own the Numbers: Manage COGS, labor costs, and inventory with precision to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
Lead with Heart: Foster a "Humble & Hungry" culture. You are a mentor who leads by example, staying passionate about developing the next generation of culinary talent.
Maintain Excellence: Uphold rigorous standards for food safety, sanitation, and plating consistency in a high-pressure environment.
What You Bring
Experience: Proven track record as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale environment ($5M+ annual sales preferred).
Culinary Skill: Deep knowledge of Latin flavors, techniques, and high-end scratch-cooking.
Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy and experience managing P&Ls.
Personality: A friendly, approachable demeanor. We believe the best kitchens are built on passion and mutual respect, not egos.
