This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise a unique Italian Market for three days a week without the stress of a traditional restaurant setting! Thursday Friday Saturday - 1350 per week for three days

The Role:

As Executive Chef, you will:

• Execute innovative lunch and dinner menus operating Thursday through Saturday
  
• Lead kitchen operations and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  
• Develop menus that complement our wine pairing program and special dining experiences
  
• Collaborate with our events and cooking class teams to create memorable culinary experiences
  
• Manage kitchen staff, training, and scheduling to ensure consistent excellence
  
• Source premium ingredients and maintain vendor relationships
  
• Contribute creative concepts for dinner shows and special events
