Position Title: Executive Assistant - Operations Manager
Location: Washington, D.C
Duration: 6-month contract

Who we are looking for / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in executive administrative support, office management, operations, or a related role.
Strong accounting and financial administration background required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams.
Proven ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements, executive calendars, meetings, and special events.
Experience greeting and interacting professionally with executive-level stakeholders, government officials, and external partners.
Strong organizational, recordkeeping, filing, and document management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
Accurate typing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Strong understanding of organizational hierarchy and executive-level business protocol.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and flexibility to work occasional overtime as business needs require.
Professional Assistant Certificate of Excellence or similar certification is preferred.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule based in Washington, DC.
Required onsite presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Remote work permitted on Monday and Friday, with occasional onsite attendance required for urgent meetings or business needs.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.
Manage departmental financial operations, including budgeting, expense reporting, invoice processing, intercompany billing, and monthly financial reviews in partnership with Accounting.
Coordinate office operations, procurement activities, vendor relationships, facilities management, and administrative resources to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions.
Support onboarding, reporting, communications, document management, and cross-functional initiatives while maintaining accurate records and effective information systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting requirements, audit standards, and financial controls while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
