Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their General Counsel. This role is working out of the NYC office 5 days per week. Competitive benefits are offered….

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and governance support to executive leadership, Board operations, legal functions, and compliance activities.

  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, logistics, and materials

  • Serve as liaison with Board members; manage travel, schedules, and reimbursements

  • Support Board events, governance records, and onboarding/offboarding

  • Provide calendar, meeting, and administrative support to legal leadership

  • Manage expenses, travel, invoices, and departmental records

  • Assist with legal transactions and document coordination

  • Maintain compliance logs and support regulatory documentation and meetings

  • Provide cross-functional administrative support and assist with special projects

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
