Johnson Service Group has an immediate opportunity for an Executive Assistant for a rapidly growing technology company. 

Onsite | $40 – $45 per hour | Contract
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to the CEO during a short-term leave coverage. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and polished administrative professional who is comfortable supporting a direct, fast-paced C-suite executive.

The ideal candidate will have strong executive support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage heavy calendaring, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and day-to-day scheduling needs with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage heavy calendaring, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and keep the CEO informed of what is ahead
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, cars, and related logistics
  • Schedule lunches, meetings, and future appointments as needed
  • Support C-suite meeting planning and ensure meetings are properly scheduled and organized
  • Manage end-to-end scheduling and administrative coordination
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts
  • Maintain an organized handoff process and ensure details are clearly documented
  • Use Microsoft Office and other internal systems as needed

Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting a CEO, executive leader, or C-suite team
  • Strong heavy calendaring and schedule management experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and anticipate executive needs
  • Comfortable supporting a direct, clear, and fast-paced executive communication style
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, lunches, and logistics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to step into a short-term assignment quickly
