Executive Assistant
San Diego, CA (Near Downtown) | Fully Onsite
A well-established, fast-paced professional services organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a high-visibility role. This position requires strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities with discretion and efficiency.
This is a trusted partner role where success is defined by follow through, reliability, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.
Schedule & Employment Type
- Direct hire, Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Fully onsite near downtown San Diego, parking provided
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $95,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage an active and frequently changing calendar, including meetings and travel
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and key engagements
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow ups to ensure execution
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables
- Draft and manage communications and correspondence
- Serve as a central point of coordination across professional and personal priorities
- Assist with personal scheduling including appointments and travel arrangements
- Support planning and execution of projects and initiatives
- Maintain organized systems, workflows, and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative support experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven discretion handling confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and standard office tools
