    About You

    You are a highly organized, proactive, and service-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in anticipating needs, managing priorities, and providing exceptional support. You bring at least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role and have:

    • Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strong ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative
    • Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients, partners, attorneys, and colleagues
    • Experience working with diverse clients and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
    • Strong business writing, proofreading, and document preparation skills
    • Excellent calendar management and scheduling abilities
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and other administrative tools, with the ability to quickly learn new programs, systems, and applications
    • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues and resolve them before they become problems

    About the Job

    The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the firm and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. We are seeking a highly organized and professional bilingual Executive Assistant (Russian + English) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.

    The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of partners while maintaining a polished and professional experience for clients and colleagues.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Managing partner calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling
    • Coordinating communication between partners, clients, team members, and external contacts
    • Providing Russian/English interpretation and translation as needed
    • Prioritizing and managing multiple requests and deadlines
    • Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner
    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and documents
    • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
    • Completing forms and assisting with administrative documentation
    • Maintaining organized electronic and physical files and records
    • Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
    • Anticipating administrative needs and proactively addressing issues to keep leadership and the office operating efficiently
    • Providing general administrative and operational support to the firm, including keeping office spaces stocked and organized
    • Taking on special projects and other responsibilities as needed to support the firm's goals and day-to-day operations
