Client Overview: A confidential luxury beauty/retail organization is seeking an
Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the CEO and oversee day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who has experience supporting executive leadership while managing workplace operations. The ideal candidate has luxury brand presence and experience within beauty, retail, or luxury consumer environments.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $50/hr
Position Overview: The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will support the CEO while overseeing day-to-day office operations and workplace experience initiatives. This position requires a highly organized professional who can balance executive partnership, office management, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys supporting both executive and operational priorities.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant & Office Manager:- Partner closely with the CEO, using strong judgment, discretion, and prioritization to protect time and focus.
- Act as a key point of contact for inbound requests and ensure communications and priorities are handled smoothly and professionally.
- Own office operations, including packages, shipments, mail, supplies, vendors, conference room readiness, and workplace presentation.
- Support workplace initiatives, including back-to-office coordination, new hire office readiness, and employee engagement activities.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant & Office Manager:- Must have previously supported a CEO as an Executive Assistant.
- Luxury brand exposure and a polished, professional presence are required.
- Beauty, retail, or luxury consumer industry experience is required.
- 5+ years of executive support and/or office management/workplace operations experience.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with senior leaders and internal teams.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- High level of discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
