Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Support event planning and execution for company functions and meetings. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Administrative Assistant should have: Strong organizational and time-management skills. 3-5+ years of experience in the financial industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
