Right arm needed for the Executive Vice President of supportive Housing. She had an admin from us for a few years and LOOOOVED her. That person was a hybrid. A warm and engaging receptionist to everyone that came from residents to executives. She has a welcoming way about her, yet she was on top of the EVP's schedule, calendar, documents. Extremely efficient on word, and excel. Really a wonderful asset. Personality is important but knows when not to overstep as well.
