Were looking for a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant to be the operational backbone behind our SVP and Senior Leadership Team - someone who thrives on keeping high-stakes work running smoothly and isnt afraid to jump in wherever needed.

This isnt a back-office support role - its a front-row seat to how a major digital transformation actually gets executed. Youll work directly with senior leadership, shape how the department communicates and engages, and be trusted with the details that keep a fast-paced team functioning at its best.

What Youll Own

Leadership Support

  • Manage the SVPs calendar, inbox, and daily planning with full ownership and sound judgment
  • Support scheduling needs across the Senior Leadership Team
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end - rooms, video conferences, catering, materials, and logistics
  • Book travel and manage expense reconciliation for the SVP and department

Events & Engagement

  • Plan and execute department-wide meetings, town halls, and events - from logistics to leadership materials
  • Build employee engagement initiatives that bring energy and connection to the team
  • Track attendance and help keep the departments rhythm on track

Operations & Administration

  • Serve as department P-Card owner - managing orders, expenses, and tracking with precision
  • Keep shared spaces - conference rooms, common areas, pantry - organized, stocked, and running well
  • Be the go-to for resolving office and building issues quickly
  • Maintain department distribution lists and take on ad hoc projects as they arise

What You Bring

  • Relevant administrative / operational experience; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Sharp organizational instincts and follow-through - you dont let things slip
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset - you spot what needs doing before youre asked
  • Creativity for building engagement activities people actually enjoy
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information
  • Fluency with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and Microsoft 365, Zoom and Teams

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $73,500-$105,000

Overtime eligible: Nonexempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
