    Description

    HR Experience Foundation Products & Technology (HRxF) is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. HRxF sits at the intersection of employee support operations and the technology platforms that power them. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our HRxF PXT team in Seattle, Washington.

    This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. You will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

    This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

    Key job responsibilities

    • 5 days/week in-office requirements
    • Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
    • Manage domestic and international travel
    • Manage expense report coordination and submission
    • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-teams meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
    • Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on open matters
    • Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
    • Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
