    A leading financial firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of senior professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    This role combines traditional executive support responsibilities with opportunities to contribute to projects, process improvements, research, and other business initiatives.     Key Responsibilities
    • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a team of senior professionals.
    • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
    • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and schedule changes.
    • Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, team events, offsites, and other business activities.
    • Prepare and process expense reports and assist with expense-related follow-up and approvals.
    • Conduct research and compile information or reports using internal systems and external resources.
    • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other business materials.
    • Support performance review and other recurring administrative processes.
    • Manage team subscriptions, renewals, business card orders, and other administrative needs.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members and help ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Provide backup and cross-coverage support to other administrative professionals as needed.
    • Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other business-related assignments.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
    Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar professional support role.
    • Experience supporting senior-level professionals in a fast-paced corporate or professional services environment.
    • Strong calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning experience.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
    • Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and using AI or other tools to improve efficiency.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
    • Comfortable working under deadlines and adapting to last-minute changes.
    • Positive, flexible, collaborative, and service-oriented approach.
    • Strong intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in learning about the financial services business.
    • Ability and willingness to work a 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule
