About the Role

Mobility is seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support members of the in-house Corporate Legal, Risk & Compliance Team. This is a high-visibility role within a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving organization.

This position requires exceptional organizational judgment, discretion, and executive presence. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, managing complex priorities across multiple time zones and stakeholders. The ideal candidate anticipates needs before they arise and brings structure and discipline to a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Provide comprehensive executive support to senior Legal, Risk & Compliance team leaders, managing complex, high-volume calendars across global time zones.
• Proactively prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics planning, and timely expense reconciliation.
• Schedule and support leadership meetings, talent reviews, operating reviews, Board-prep sessions, and confidential discussions.
• Own virtual meeting logistics, ensuring seamless execution across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and hybrid environments.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and high-quality PowerPoint presentations, track follow-ups and key action items.
• Serve as a key liaison between Legal, Risk & Compliance and cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Anticipate executive needs and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational rigor.
• Support initiatives, town halls, leadership offsites, and strategic projects as needed.

Basic Required Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting senior leaders at the SVP, VP, or equivalent executive level within a complex organization.
• Ability to work autonomously, to prioritize and multi-task on competing projects and to execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational acumen and exceptional communication skills.
• High technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive Executive Assistant experience, including 3–5+ years supporting corporate function leadership.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization, ideally within mobility, technology, data, or corporate professional services environments.
• Experience supporting leaders or corporate functions in a transformation or high-growth environment.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
• Proactive, resourceful problem solver.
• Experience with Concur or alternate travel and expense systems.

This is a hybrid role with 3 to 4 days per week in-office, subject to change based on evolving business needs.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
