    The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Core Selling Partner Experience team in Seattle, Washington.

    The Core Selling Partner Experience team is a fast-moving, seller obsessed team dedicated to realizing our vision of a world where the Brand and Selling Partner experience is intuitive, delightful, and adaptive to seller's needs. Our culture emphasizes moving fast, learning faster, and aren"t afraid to try new approaches that could revolutionize how sellers manage their businesses across multiple channels. We use personalization and prioritization to hide complexity from Sellers and brands, making it easy for them to achieve their goals through experiences that meet them where they are. Our efforts span experiences we build ourselves, those we design in partnership with other teams, and the combination of technology and scaled processes we own to drive continuous quality improvement across the entire seller experience.

    Key job responsibilities

    This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
