    Job Overview

    • This Executive Assistant role provides administrative support to multiple senior leaders within the client's Creative Studios.
    • These leaders oversee fast-paced, highly collaborative creative organizations where strong communication, organization, and execution are critical.
    • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual capable of achieving results in a fast-paced environment and should possess an ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high-level relationships with sensitivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-level administrative support to 3-4 senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
    • Proactively manage complex calendars using Outlook, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and securing conference rooms
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting in compliance with company policies
    • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and executive briefings with strong attention to detail
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Facilities, and other Executive Assistants) to support office operations and executive needs
    • Plan and coordinate team meetings, offsites, and events as required
    • Track key action items, follow through on deliverables, and ensure timely execution on behalf of executives
    • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, representing executives with discretion and professionalism
    • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced, corporate environment
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
    • Strong experience handling complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Experience supporting senior leaders in large, matrixed organizations
    • Ability to anticipate executive needs and act proactively
