177416 Executive Assistant, Boston, MA, 6 Months Contract Sigma, Inc is looking for an Executive Assistant to work onsite in Boston, MA.Shift timings:
- 40 Hours/week
- 8 hrs/Day
- 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
Executive Admin needed to support 2 people, one of which is the President of the hospital. Requirements:
- Manage calendars
- Assist with agenda planning
- Merging PowerPoint presentations into one long deck for meetings
- Online meeting management (sharing slides, taking minutes)
- In person meeting management (pulling up and presenting PowerPoint slides).
- Proactive management of the President's calendar is the most important - addressing conflicts in a proactive way.
- Must have recent experience as an executive admin, preferably with 3-5 years of experience and be proficient in PowerPoint, excel and calendar management.
