IDR is seeking an Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role is ideally suited for a highly organized professional with strong administrative skills supporting senior leadership within the healthcare or radiology industry. The position involves managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and providing seamless executive support to division chiefs and upcoming vice chairs.
Position Overview for the Executive Assistant :
- Provide administrative support to high-level executives including calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparing relevant documents.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Manage travel and reimbursement processes while maintaining accurate records.
- Cross-cover for other senior administrative staff as needed, ensuring continuous support within the division.
Requirements for the Executive Assistant :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience managing executive calendars and supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Office tools.
