    Join the AWS CFO office as an Executive Assistant, partnering with our Executive Business Partner to support one of AWS"s most dynamic leadership roles. This position sits at the intersection of high-impact financial leadership, engaging with S-Team members and external customers in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    This role offers unique opportunities to drive meaningful impact, shape organizational efficiency, and grow professionally while supporting key business initiatives.

    This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

    Key job responsibilities

    We are looking for someone who thrives on anticipating needs and independently driving solutions before challenges arise. You"ll be responsible for:

    • Strategically managing a complex, dynamic calendar while proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
    • Orchestrating mission-critical meetings and travel arrangements with precision
    • Developing and implementing innovative systems to streamline operations
    • Leading key initiatives independently, from expense management to large-scale events like re:Invent
    • Contributing to the growth and development of the EA community
    • Fostering strong collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization

    Success in this role requires:

    • Excellence in navigating ambiguous situations and creating structure where none exists
    • Sharp analytical skills to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
    • Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining big-picture perspective
