A highly visible Executive Administrative Assistant opportunity supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. This role partners directly with the CEO and President, serving as a key point of coordination across executive communications, scheduling, and board-level interactions.

What Youll Be Responsible For- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and daily logistics
- Coordinate high-level meetings including executive leadership and board engagements
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials with precision and accuracy
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and high-profile stakeholders
- Oversee incoming communications, prioritize effectively, and route as needed
- Support hybrid and in-person meetings, including event coordination and set-up
What Theyre Looking For- 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
