The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the VP of Global Commercial Services leader and play a key role in supporting the organization for American Express. The EA should be a dynamic individual who is proactive in anticipating and adapting to the needs of the VPs and their respective teams and is focused on accuracy, speed, flexibility and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative-related tasks and be able to work in a fast-paced organization, managing multiple tasks and competing priorities. Critical to the success of this position are strong communication skills, a team-player attitude and the ability to develop positive working relationships with a wide range of colleagues both within and outside of American Express.
