Responsibilities
Respond to event inquiries timely and build professional proposals
Conduct venue tours
Prospect local businesses and community organizations
Rebook past clients
Upsell event enhancements
Attend networking events and community functions
Represent Star Lanes Polaris at events such as RendeZOO, Fourth Friday, Oktoberfest, and other community activations
Guide clients through the planning process
Process deposits, payments, and final guest counts
Coordinate event details with kitchen and operations teams
Greet clients during tours and events
Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
Help create memorable experiences from inquiry through event execution
Schedule Expectations
Primarily Monday–Saturday with a weekday off provided
Occasional evenings and early mornings required
Networking and community events expected
Preferred Qualifications
Event sales experience highly preferred
Hospitality, entertainment, hotel, venue, restaurant, or tourism experience preferred
Tripleseat experience highly preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
