Responsibilities
  • Respond to event inquiries timely and build professional proposals
  • Conduct venue tours
  • Prospect local businesses and community organizations
  • Rebook past clients
  • Upsell event enhancements
  • Attend networking events and community functions
  • Represent Star Lanes Polaris at events such as RendeZOO, Fourth Friday, Oktoberfest, and other community activations
  • Guide clients through the planning process
  • Process deposits, payments, and final guest counts
  • Coordinate event details with kitchen and operations teams
  • Greet clients during tours and events
  • Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
  • Help create memorable experiences from inquiry through event execution
Schedule Expectations
  • Primarily Monday–Saturday with a weekday off provided
  • Occasional evenings and early mornings required
  • Networking and community events expected
Preferred Qualifications
  • Event sales experience highly preferred
  • Hospitality, entertainment, hotel, venue, restaurant, or tourism experience preferred
  • Tripleseat experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
