As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our brand's physical and virtual presence. You arent just a planner; you are a strategist who understands how to turn a live experience into a measurable pipeline of leads and brand loyalty.
From managing large-scale industry trade shows to executing intimate executive roundtables, you will handle the logistics, promotion, and follow-up strategy for our entire event calendar across the United States.
Responsibilities
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in event marketing, corporate events, or field marketing (B2B experience preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to pitch sponsorship opportunities to senior leadership. High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the big picture. Ability to travel within the United States when needed, up to 50%. Nice to Have: Experience working with event management companies (Cvent, Freeman, GES and others). Experience working with project management tools (Asana). Experience navigating and working within CRM Tools (Hubspot).
