We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-oriented Event Assistant to join our Nashville team.


As an Event Assistant, you will support community events and outreach programs while representing our nonprofit and community partners in a professional and positive way. You will work directly with the public, help create a welcoming event experience, and support the team with daily event operations.


This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training. No previous event experience is required—we are looking for individuals who are motivated to learn, communicate well, and take initiative.

What You'll Do


  • Assist with setting up and organizing community events
  • Represent our nonprofit and community programs professionally
  • Provide accurate information about programs and initiatives
  • Answer questions and create a positive experience for attendees
  • Support event activities and daily team goals
  • Work closely with team members and leadership
  • Maintain a professional and organized event environment
  • Complete basic daily activity and event reports
