Position Summary

The Event Assistant will help prepare, execute, and wrap up promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys an active environment, interacting with people, and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials
• Organize event supplies and equipment before activities begin
• Help welcome and assist attendees
• Provide basic information about featured products, services, and promotions
• Support event activities and customer engagement
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space
• Collect customer feedback and communicate observations to the team
• Assist with event breakdown and organization of materials after activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly and professional communication style
• Reliable and comfortable working in an active environment
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Previous event, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus
