Our well‐established boutique family and domestic relations law firm in Denver is seeking an experienced Estate & Trust Attorney to join our practice. We are open to a traditional lateral hire or a strategic practice merger for the right candidate.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will bring experience in:
Estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
Probate administration and litigation
Trust administration
Advising clients on asset protection, tax considerations, and long‐term planning
Managing and growing a book of business (preferred but not required)
We welcome candidates who are interested in:
Joining as a senior associate or partner‐track attorney
Merging an existing solo or small practice into our firm
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
Strong drafting, analytical, and
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Portable book of business is a plus but not required
Commitment to high‐quality, ethical legal practice
