Estate Planning & Trusts Attorney

I'm recruiting estate planning and trusts attorneys for Boston-area law firms. You'd build long-term relationships with individuals and families and design plans that protect what they've built.

What you'll do

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
• Advise on estate and gift tax planning and wealth transfer strategies
• Handle probate and trust administration in Massachusetts
• Prepare or review Forms 706 and 709 and fiduciary returns
• Coordinate with financial advisors and CPAs on client plans

What you bring

• JD and an active Massachusetts bar license; LL.M. in Taxation a plus
• About 3-8 years of estate planning and administration experience
• Precise drafting and comfort with tax concepts
• A warm, client-focused approach
