Description

Our client is a full-service law firm offering personalized service and a wealth of legal experience and understanding. We are seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney in a succession planning position, and with 10-15 years in Estate Planning & Probate along with trust administration, estate tax / gift tax and return practice

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10-15 years' experience
  • OR Bar required
  • WA, ID, AZ or CO Bars a plus
  • A book of business, but not required

Salary starting at $130-$140K depending on experience with eligible bonus

  • Expectation of 1560 (minimum) - 1800 billable hours annually
  • 130 billable hours per month = straight salary
  • 150 billable hours per month = bonus eligibility

Qualifications

Qualified Applicants Should Have the Following:

  • Able to prioritize multiple matters and projects and/or delegate work as needed
  • Strong drafting and research skills
  • Client focused with an ability to solve complex problems
  • Effective communication skills
  • Leadership and project management skills and,
  • Self motivated while being a team member
