We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Trust and Estates Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This role involves providing comprehensive legal counsel on complex and sensitive matters related to trusts, estates, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a robust understanding of the legal landscape surrounding charitable trusts, estate planning, and trust administration. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing tailored legal advice and solutions that meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice on matters relating to trusts, estates, and estate planning.
2. Draft, review, and administer various trust and estate documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies that align with clients' financial and personal objectives.
4. Counsel clients on the establishment and administration of charitable trusts, advising on potential tax implications and benefits.
5. Represent clients in probate court proceedings, advocating for their interests in matters of estate disputes or litigation.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in trust and estate law, using this knowledge to inform and enhance legal strategies.
7. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering responsive, high-quality service that builds trust and loyalty.
8. Collaborate with other members of the legal team, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the delivery of comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Some experience with Estate Planning
3. Knowledge of trust and estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
4. Demonstrated experience building trust with clients
5. Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex legal issues.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex legal information.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Admission to the state bar.
10. Certified in estate planning, trust, and probate law is a plus.
11. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
12. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
