Provide estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid/special needs planning, and business formation services.
Review pre-collected intake documents and conduct thorough client meetings.
Deliver practical, personalized legal strategies supported by a dedicated back-office team.
Requirements
Ideal attorney
Active Virginia bar license in good standing.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
3+ years of estate planning experience, including Medicaid asset protection.
Comfortable managing legal matters independently and conducting virtual client consultations.
Multi-state bar licensure preferred.
Tax planning, business formation, and special needs planning experience are a plus.
Experience handling sensitive family or Medicaid planning conversations with clients is a plus.
Experience advising small-business owners on formation matters is a plus.
