    Job Responsibilities
    • Play a meaningful role in advising clients on comprehensive estate and wealth-transfer planning strategies.
    • Draft and administer wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
    • Design tax-efficient estate plans tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families.
    • Advise on wealth transfer strategies, including lifetime gifting, charitable planning, and business succession planning.
    • Assist with estate and trust administration matters, maintain direct client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. 
    • Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, real estate, and litigation to provide holistic client solutions
     
    What We're Looking For
    • 2–5 years of focused estate planning experience at a law firm or private client practice
    • Strong technical foundation in wills, trusts, and wealth-transfer planning
    • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex estates preferred
    • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
    • Florida Bar admission (or ability to become admitted promptly)
    • A polished, client-facing professional who thrives in a high-standards, high-support environment
