ERP Upgrade Program Manager / PMO Lead – NCR Retalix

We are looking for an experienced ERP Upgrade Program Manager / PMO Lead to lead an end-to-end NCR Retalix ERP upgrade program. The candidate will manage program planning, governance, stakeholders, vendors, risks, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on NCR Retalix upgrade/implementation experience and a strong background managing large ERP or enterprise technology programs, preferably in retail, grocery, convenience, or multi-store environments.

• Lead end-to-end NCR Retalix ERP upgrade/implementation programs.
• Manage program governance, PMO processes, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Develop integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource plans.
• Coordinate business, IT, store operations, finance, merchandising, supply chain, NCR/Retalix, and third-party vendors.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions, and escalations.
• Manage vendor and system-integrator relationships and delivery commitments.
• Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Track program budgets, forecasts, resources, and vendor spend.
• Drive business readiness, communications, training coordination, and change management.
• Provide executive dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and program health updates.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management or PMO experience.
• Hands-on NCR Retalix experience is required.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end NCR Retalix upgrades, implementations, migrations, or integrations.
• Strong experience managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong program governance, RAID management, executive reporting, risk/issue management, and resource planning experience.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience with large-scale ERP or enterprise technology transformation programs.

• Retail, grocery, convenience, food & beverage, or multi-store experience.
• Experience with Retalix StoreLine, Retalix 10/R10, Retalix POS, Retalix HQ, or other NCR Retalix platforms.
• Knowledge of POS, ERP, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, finance, and store systems.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar PMO tools.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.

Candidates must have direct NCR Retalix experience. Generic ERP/PMO experience without NCR Retalix upgrade or implementation experience will not be considered.
