Client is seeking an experienced ERP Trainer – Financial Suite to provide end-user training and knowledge transfer for enterprise Financial ERP applications used across City departments.
The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training sessions, demonstrating ERP Financial Suite functionality, explaining business processes, responding to user questions, and supporting user adoption initiatives. The ERP Trainer will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, project leaders, and system administrators to ensure end users effectively understand and utilize ERP Financial applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and facilitation skills, hands-on experience with ERP Financial modules, and the ability to communicate complex business processes and system functionality to users with varying technical backgrounds. Experience navigating Oracle-based web applications and supporting classroom training environments is highly preferred.
The consultant will facilitate multiple training sessions for functional end users and manage classroom environments consisting of approximately 10–12 participants per session.

Experience
• 5+ years of ERP Training, ERP Functional Support, or ERP End-User Training experience.
• Experience delivering ERP Financial Suite training programs.
• Experience supporting ERP Financial business processes.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led classroom training sessions.
• Experience conducting virtual and hybrid training sessions.
• Experience developing training materials, user guides, job aids, and training documentation.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, upgrade, and user adoption initiatives.
• Experience training functional users on enterprise business applications.
• Experience facilitating classes with groups of 10–12 users or larger.
• Experience supporting Oracle-based ERP applications preferred.
