YOUR TYPICAL DAY…

• Serve as the subject matter expert supporting General Ledger and Inventory processes throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations to gather requirements and translate business needs into system functionality
• Support General Ledger configuration, chart of accounts design, inventory workflows, and reporting requirements
• Participate in data mapping, testing, validation, system conversions, and issue resolution
• Help identify process improvements and close operational gaps prior to go-live
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integrations, training, and documentation efforts
• Play a critical role in ensuring a successful implementation and post-go-live stabilization

YOU HAVE…

• Expertise in ERP implementations involving General Ledger and/or Inventory processes
• Experience participating in multiple ERP implementation projects
• Working knowledge of accounting operations, inventory transactions, financial reporting, data validation, and testing
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent professional experience

EXTRA CREDIT!

• Experience supporting system integrations and data migrations
• Background in Accounting, Finance, ERP Systems, Business Systems, or Information Technology
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation troubleshooting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners
