Summary: 

• Applies functional knowledge to design and customize SAP application for production operations.

• Analyzes and designs integrated planning and shop floor processes across MRP, PPDS, and SFI or MES systems.

• Configures and tests S/4HANA PPDS, MRP, and SFI interfaces for synchronization of orders, materials, and production confirmations.

• Defines and maintains scheduling strategies, sequencing rules, and data consistency standards.

• Authors functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and process automation.

• Collaborates with ABAP developers and MES technical teams to ensure scalable integrations.

• Supports data validation, integration testing, and production readiness activities for MRP, PPDS, and SFI.

• Develops documentation, testing procedures, and training materials for production planning processes.

• Recommends process improvements and SAP innovations to increase scheduling accuracy and throughput.

• Uses Jira and SAP Focused Build to manage requirements and testing workflows.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience in SAP design and customization for production operations.

• Experience analyzing and designing integrated planning and shop floor processes (MRP, PPDS, SFI or MES).

• Experience configuring and testing S/4HANA PPDS and MRP interfaces.

• Experience with SFI or MES (Apriso) integration with SAP.

• Experience defining scheduling strategies and sequencing rules.

• Experience authoring functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.

• Experience collaborating with ABAP developers on scalable integrations.

• Experience supporting data validation, integration testing, and production readiness for MRP, PPDS, and SFI.

• Experience with Jira and SAP Focused Build for requirements and testing management.
