    Compensation

    $235,000 – $390,000

    A premier international law firm is seeking an ERISA Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

    This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing plan sponsors, fiduciaries, employers, financial institutions, and other sophisticated clients in complex ERISA and employee benefits litigation matters.

    Ideal Background

    • Attorneys in law school classes 2020–2024 are encouraged to apply

    • Experience handling ERISA litigation, employee benefits litigation, or complex commercial litigation gained at a sophisticated law firm

    • Experience representing plan sponsors, fiduciaries, employers, financial institutions, or service providers in ERISA-related disputes

    • Experience litigating matters involving fiduciary breach claims, prohibited transaction issues, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements

    • Experience handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation

    • Experience appearing in federal court and before administrative agencies is preferred

    • Experience advising clients regarding ERISA compliance, fiduciary obligations, and employee benefits issues is a plus

    • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

    • Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients and trial teams

    • Excellent academic credentials

    J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

    Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
