As a Consulting Epic Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare industry. You will be working remotely, providing your expertise to troubleshoot, maintain and optimize existing software applications. Your work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8-5, and as needed based on business requirements. Your projects and work efforts will include Security, Rehab, and the Mid-Wilshire move. You will also have responsibilities over the Kaleidoscope, Dermatology, and Bones modules. Your target bill rate will be close to $130/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within your portfolio and/or service line.
• Achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows.
• Understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
• Work with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
• Ensure the security of all applications and modules.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure the smooth running of the applications.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Security certification or experience preferred.
• Kaleidoscope certification or experience preferred.
• Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology, and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
