    What You'll Do

    As a Virtual Benefits Care Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking information about supplemental benefit programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits

    • Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations through Zoom

    • Explain benefit options clearly and professionally

    • Guide clients through the enrollment process

    • Complete accurate documentation following each client interaction

    • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

    • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction

    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
