As a Virtual Benefits Care Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking information about supplemental benefit programs.
Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations through Zoom
Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Complete accurate documentation following each client interaction
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
