Are you a newly certified paralegal or an experienced administrative professional looking to break into the legal field?

I’m working with a Pittsburgh law firm that is looking for a Trust & Estate Legal Assistant to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start their legal career, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a law firm.

️ Trust & Estate Legal Assistant

Pittsburgh, PA – In Office
$45,000
Full-Time

What They’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience required
• Paralegal certificate is a strong plus — especially for someone recently certified
• Previous law firm or estate planning experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Interest in building a long-term career in Trust & Estate law

Experience with any of the following is a BIG plus:
• Preparing Wills and Trust documents
• Drafting legal documents
• Estate administration
• Preparing tax forms such as REV-1500

No prior Trust & Estate experience? That’s okay! The firm is willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.

This could be an excellent opportunity for a newly certified paralegal who is ready to get their foot in the door with a great law firm.
