MPower Direct is hiring sales representatives with no experience required (paid training and development) in the Harrisburg and Mid-State region. We're looking for driven, student-minded, people-first individuals to join our renewable energy team out in the community, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and helping them take control of their energy costs.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Earn
• $4800-$6000 Monthly average earnings (with weekly pay)
• $75K–$100K+ annually for top performers
• Guaranteed base pay—every week, no exceptions
• Uncapped commission on every enrollment—no ceiling
• Weekly pay—you see your money every week, not biweekly Paid training—we pay you to learn before you ever close a deal.
• New Start Bonus—Earn up to $1,000 in additional pay during your first few weeks.

Qualifications:

What Your Day Looks Like
• Canvass assigned residential areas across the greater Harrisburg region and
• Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings.
• Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed.
• Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process.
• Build your skills through daily hands-on experience and coaching.
• Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals.

 

What We're Looking For
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• People-first attitude—coachable and open-minded.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to earn.
• Your drive and motivation matter more than any sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or any language is a strong plus.
• No degree required.
