Duties
Learn and apply foundational financial services and sales strategies
Meet with business owners and employees to discuss financial protection options
Conduct one-on-one and group benefit presentations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Generate new opportunities through outreach and referrals
Use CRM software (such as Salesforce) to track client interactions and follow-ups
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development meetings
Stay informed on product knowledge, compliance standards, and industry updates
Provide attentive customer service and policy support
Experience
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a local territory
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
