We are seeking experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representatives who are ready to take control of their income in a high-performance, commission-only environment.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you will generate your own opportunities through door-to-door prospecting and close customers on pest control service plans.

You'll be selling a high-demand, essential service with a simple sales process and quick close cycle.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

What You'll Do

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and knock doors daily
  • Engage homeowners and introduce pest control services
  • Educate customers on:
    • Common pest issues and prevention
    • Benefits of recurring pest control service
    • Pricing and service plans
  • Close deals on the spot
  • Submit service agreements and ensure accurate customer information
  • Track daily performance (doors, conversations, sales)
  • Maintain follow-ups to maximize conversions
