Novoa Marketing is looking for motivated, competitive, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees. In this entry-level position, you'll gain hands-on experience in face-to-face sales, customer engagement, marketing, and client relations while representing leading brands in a retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Represent our clients and their brands professionally through in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of client products, services, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Build positive customer relationships while creating an engaging and professional experience.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in ongoing training designed to strengthen communication, sales, and leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive, competitive, and team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face setting.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Open-minded and willing to learn new sales techniques and strategies.
• A student mentality with a willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to grow and succeed.
